League of Industrial Orchestrators A professional business league
for the advanced-intelligence era
The pledge

Rules of engagement.

This is a pledge, not a trap. It applies to every member, however you join, whether you sign up on this site or directly through checkout. It is how we keep the League worth belonging to. Humans before machines, always.

01 · Respect intellectual property

We respect the intellectual property of our peers, our fellow teammates, and the companies and product teams we work with. What is shared inside the League in confidence stays inside the League. You keep what you own, and you honor what others own.

02 · Lift each other up

We pledge allegiance to the group: to help each other learn, flourish, prosper, and thrive. We show up in good faith, share generously, give credit, and leave every room, every build session, and every member better than we found them.

03 · Operate in mutual trust and commitment

We treat our participation as a mutual agreement of trust and commitment: to one another, to the League of Industrial Orchestrators, and to the companies and product teams of the Industrial Advanced-Intelligence Consortium (IAC), its associates, its affiliates, and its international partners. We bring integrity to every introduction, opportunity, and collaboration.

04 · Humans before machines

We use intelligence to elevate people, not to replace judgment, honesty, or care for one another. The machines will keep getting smarter. So will we, and we will stay human while we do it.

What this is not: it is not a non-disclosure agreement, and it does not transfer your intellectual property to the League. It is a shared standard of conduct for a professional community.

Your agreement

By joining LIO, you agree to these Rules of Engagement.

Membership in any cadence, and participation in any League program, room, or opportunity, means you accept and uphold the pledge above.
