What each step means.
These are skills, not ranks. Each one is a program you can apply to, and each step up is worth more in the market. Most people are at step one today.
Researcher
You have an account and you ask intelligent systems real questions. You are learning what they can and cannot do. This is where nearly everyone is right now, and it is a fine place to start.
Operator
You hand your busywork to AI and build your own helpers. You can tell a good result from a confident wrong one. This is the level the job market is paying the fastest-growing premium for, and every orchestrator starts here.
Conductor
You lead a department or a section of people and intelligent systems together. You pick the right projects, win the budget, and get results out of a mixed team of humans and machines.
Orchestrator
You run the whole augmented operation across departments: people, products, process and governance. You build the group and direct the system end to end.
Pay figures shown on the home page are illustrative examples only, not a promise of earnings, based on the 62% average wage premium for AI skills (PwC 2026 Global AI Jobs Barometer).
